I, Petra du Preez operate a strict Privacy Policy for all
visitors to my internet site, www.astrozone.co.za, the website

does not recognise any information regarding
your email address. It collects the domain name, but not your

1.2. The email addresses of those who subscribe to my mailing
lists or contact me via email is stored by me and used by
me for future mailings such as my reminder letters.
1.3 The information I collect from your domain name is used
for internal review by me and is it is not shared with other
organisations.
1.4. I do not sell to or share your information with any
other organisation.
1.5 I do not sell my mailing lists, or the information you
provide.
1.6 If you no longer want to receive emails from me in the
future, you may unsubscribe from my mailing list. To unsubscribe
at any time visit the unsubscribe page detailed in the email
you received when you subscribed.
1.7 All Newsletters and reminder letters I send out includes
full information on how to unsubscribe from my mailing list.
1.8. If you feel that there is any comment or addition that
I need to add to my Privacy Policy please do not hesitate
to contact me using the information above.
1.9 Your questions and comments are welcome, any information
you provide to me, will be kept confidential.
2. Payment methods:
I can accept payment in South African Rands only. I only
dispatch profiles/products once payment has been cleared.
I can accept payment via the following methods:
2.1 Direct deposits or bank transfers may be made directly
into my Bank account. Use your name as reference number and
email me at petra@astrozone.co.za once payment has been effected.

3. Cost and Delivery policy:
3.1 Prices:
3.1.1 The price of each profile/product is displayed with
the profile/product.
3.2 Delivery costs:
3.2.1 Astrology products are sent per registered mail via
the South African postal service to the postal/street address
you supplied. The cost of delivery within the borders of South
Africa is usually R17.50 (South African currency) per order
irrespective of the amount of items in the order.
3.2.2 International deliveries. The cost of shipping outside
the borders of South Africa is R180,00 (South African currency)
per order irrespective of the amount of items ordered.
3.2.2.1 Residents of bordering countries, namely Namibia,
Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland can request that these charges
be adjusted.
3.3 Import Duties
3.3.1 Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods
in foreign countries. Astrozone does not know what levies
may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.
3.4 Delays and cancellations
Astrozone makes every effort to assure that the information
supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of
stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform
the buyer.
3.5 Astrology profiles are sent electronically via email
to the email address you supplied.
3.6. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2
(TWO) weeks from date of receipt of order.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 I am sure you will be happy with the profiles and/or
products that you order from me but should you find that a
profile and/or product does not meet your expectations simply
return the profile and/or product and your payment will be
refunded in full.
4.2 Check that you have completed all your birth details
correctly, as there are no refunds if you have supplied incorrect
data.
4.3 To date, everybody who used my services at www.astrozone.co.za
has been satisfied.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 Neither Petra du Preez, Astrozone nor any of its agents
or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or
liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability
to use this website or the services, content or products provided
from and through this website. Furthermore, Petra du Preez
and Astrozone make no representations or warranties, implied
or otherwise, that, amongst others, the content and technology
available from this web site are free from errors or omissions
or that the service will be 100% uninterrupted and error free.
Users are encouraged to report any possible malfunctions and
errors.
5.2 This web site is supplied on an "as is" basis
and has not been compiled or supplied to meet the user's individual
requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the user to
satisfy itself prior to entering into this agreement with
Astrozone that the services/products available from and through
this web site will meet the user's individual requirements
and be compatible with the user's hardware and/or software.
5.3 Information, ideas and opinions expressed on this site
should not be regarded as professional advice or the official
opinion of Astrozone or Petra du Preez and users are encouraged
to consult professional advice before taking any course of
action related to information, ideas or opinions expressed
on this site.
5.4 All items purchased from Astrozone are made pursuant
to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of
loss pass from Astrozone to such agents upon delivery of any
item to such carrier.
5.5 Neither Petra du Preez, Astrozone, nor any of its agents
or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or
liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability
to use any product sold on this website.
6. Security
6.1 Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging
code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access
to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil
damages shall be claimed in the event that Astrozone suffers
any damage or loss.
6.2 All credit card transactions are Secure Socket Layers
encrypted.
