With their strongly developed hunting instincts, Ariens
are not inclined to sit around and wait for things to happen.
Their competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit are strongly
developed and need to find a suitable outlet. Self-employment
is ideal for them, as they have a natural sense of leadership.
Any position they occupy should reinforce their strong sense
of identity and be satisfying to their egos. Ariens thrive
on initiating new projects, but sometimes neglect to follow
through on them. Physical activity on the job recharges them,
and they'd prefer not to be stuck behind a desk all day.
Love and sex
Impulsive in love and matters of the heart, Ariens tend
to jump into relationships, often without first considering
the consequences. They are not known for their subtlety and
can be pretty direct in their attempt to conquer the heart
of their object of desire. Maintaining their independence
is extremely important to them, and they dislike any form
of clinginess. They are comfortable with their sexuality and
express this in an open, honest and direct fashion. They love
the chase, but tend to get bored quite quickly. Varying the
routine is one way of keeping them interested, but they also
need to learn to consider others' needs and not only their
own.
Lifestyle and health
As they are in a hurry most of the time, Ariens tend to
burn up an enormous amount of energy. Fortunately, they are
blessed with a natural vitality and an ability to recuperate
quickly after illness. Eating on the run can, however, be
detrimental to their health, and meals should be taken with
forethought. As they are particularly fond of physical activity,
outdoor activities and action sports such as running, the
martial arts and aerobics are suitable forms of exercise.
They should deliberately cultivate leisure activities, such
as a gentle game of tennis or relaxing around the braai, otherwise
they run the risk of burnout from too much activity.
