March 2010 - a planetary overview of what’s in store in the astro zone…

Aries, Scorpio as well and mostly everybody on the planet can look forward to Mars finishing its retrograde cycle on the 10th of March. This happens in zero degrees of Leo, so Mars (direct and in forward motion as from the 10th) has to traverse all 30 degrees of Leo again. A planet in direct motion is more expressive than a planet in retrograde motion, so bear with your Aries, Leo and Scorpio loved ones whilst they find their groove again.

The Pisces new moon on the 15th at 21h02 GMT in 25 degrees of Pisces is an interesting one, especially in the light that Uranus is usually associated with shock waves, sudden change, the unexpected for example earthquakes.

A Libra full moon on the 30th at 02h27 GMT in 9 degrees of Libra hooks into a wide square with the current Saturn/Pluto square, which is never easy or light by nature.

Mercury moves into Pisces on the 1st, Venus into Aries on the 7th and the sun into Aries on the 20th. This day also mark the autumn equinox in the southern hemisphere and the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere. It is also known as international astrology day, being the first day of Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac. However, be on the lookout for relationship issues as Venus (love) first opposes Saturn (restriction) and the squares Pluto (transformation) between the 8th and the 11th which coincides with Mars changing gears on the 10th.
