Water signs resonate to an energy that is emotional, highly sensitive and acutely perceptive. Energising themselves means constantly being in touch with their feelings and emotions. They run the risk of being completely overwhelmed by their emotions, which like the element of water, do not have a solidity or shape of their own. This is one reason these sensitive souls desperately need a 'container' to avoid 'flooding' themselves and others. They're at their happiest when someone or something gives their feelings direction. Since they often operate unconsciously, there is the danger of their out-of-control emotions sapping their energy.
